Here are some delightful drawings that Joey Veltkamp crafted for a dinner Caffe Vita and One Pot hosted in the charming private dining room at Cremant – chef Scott Emerick and crew prepared a fleet of traditional absinthe cocktails replete with burning cubes of sugar, elaborate absinthe spoons, and ornate antiquities – and the food was stunning…
