Brendan Mcgill the talented new chef at Cremant will be cooking a four course meal inspired by the work of MFK Fisher. Each course will be paired with a delightful Andrew Will wine. Winemaker David Oldham will be on hand to discuss the award winning vintages.
“Andrew Will’s wines have virtually perfect tannins. They are present but buffered by the loads of dominating sweet fruit. [The wines] blend power with elegance, concentration with finesse, and supersweet fruit with definition.” R. Parker.
*This dinner is part of the ONE POT history of the mouth series which has included indulgent explorations of such texts as the work of apicius, the work of Brillat Savarin, the Alice
B. Toklas cookbook, and a dinner/exhibition with artist Jim Riswold entitled Bad People Have to Eat Too. People are encouraged to bring their favorite MFK Fisher passage or just come and stuff themselves with wine and food.
