Caffé Vita’s Public Brewing School (PBS) has been a huge success since it launched last year. It’s no surprise our class last weekend was sold out. Everyone is always a bit weary coming in on a a Saturday morning, but as soon as our roaster and teacher for this session Jacob got the coffee flowing with a couple of French Press pots the class was as attentive as grad students in an exam review.
