Our friends at Rain City have released Drip, a spirit that will redefine what you know as coffee liqueur. In the words of Daily Candy, “think Kahlúa, but a million times tastier.” Drip begins with Caffe Vita cold brew and is blended with Rain City Vodka and just a touch of pure cane sugar for balance. The result is like an Americano with a kick.

THE VITA RUSSIAN 

2 oz Rain City Vodka
1 oz Rain City Drip
Light cream 

Pour vodka and coffee liqueur over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass. Fill with light cream and serve. For a holiday twist, we recommend swapping the light cream for egg nog and garnishing with grated nutmeg.
