In 1996 my family and I moved to Seattle from Atlanta with our six-month-old daughter. Every day before, during, and after work I would stop by Caffé Vita's former location under the monorail and get a wonderful cup of Caffé Vita coffee. It's now been twelve years since then and we have moved to many places. Recently, I was feeling a bit nostalgic and flew to Seattle for the sole purpose of getting one cup of Caffé Vita coffee, and flew back the same day to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where I currently live. It was a great spur-of-the-moment experience, and Caffé Vita coffee is still as wonderful as my first sip in 1996. - Rick Bartlett
