Lark Cookbook

Seattle celebrity chef, John Sundstrom, developed the beautiful Lark cookbook 'Cooking Against the Grain", creating recipes for each season based on local Pacific Northwest ingredients available. Each book comes with a map inside, illustrating the geographic locations of the best local ingredients. The book itself was also made and produced locally in Seattle. Lark also offers an app for this book, with step by step photos for every recipe.
