Shipping and Returns
We require one business day from the time your order is placed for processing. We process orders via UPS and USPS Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm PT. Caffé Vita offers USPS and UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and Ground to ship the majority of our orders. Customers will receive tracking information in the form of an email from UPS 1 to 2 business days from the date the order was placed. In cases where UPS will not deliver (i.e. p.o. boxes and military addresses), Caffé Vita reserves the right to source out an alternative shipping method such as U.S. Mail. Customers will not receive tracking information when an alternative shipping method is applied. We do not charge a handling fee. Shipping prices are direct quotes from the shipping carrier.
