- Discounted item sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in their original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no noticeable signs or wear or use.
- Any and all food items - including coffee - cannot be returned.
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that will be sent to you via email.
- Send all non-food items back to us using the label provided.
- If you cancel the remaining shipments of a prepaid subscription, your orders will discontinue. However, Caffe Vita does not issue full or partial refunds if canceled.
- Refunds are processed by Shopify and are subject to their timeframe.
- Caffe Vita is not responsible for lost or stolen items and is not obligated to provide replacements.
