Crimson and Clover is our newest Ethiopian single origin with its name referencing the indulgent jamminess that dominates its flavor profile. Showcasing top notes of fruity red raspberry jam and bright lemon, this light roast also delivers the iconic floral qualities inherent to the region’s terroir.

Founded and operated by Negusse Debela, SNAP coffee producers are relatively new to the coffee industry despite originating in the plant’s homeland. After a trip to Minneapolis cafes, Debela returned home determined to bolster his community’s footing in the business as a top exporter. Taste the future of Ethiopian coffee, as new generations embrace their ancestral legacies, with Crimson and Clover. Available only for a limited time.
