Although technically a certifiable single origin, our organic Sumatra Gayo River is available year-round.  This coffee features the comforts of a darker roast profile while showcasing its nuanced terroir.

- Tasting notes of roasted almond, brown sugar, and nougat. 
- Certified organic.
- Medium to dark roast. 
- Processed using a wet-hulled method. 
- Blend of Typica, Caturra, and Catimor varietals.
- Grown between 1350-1600 meters above sea level.
- Best suited for drip, Aeropress, and pour over.
