This single origin from within the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala returns! And it is just as rich in juiciness as it is in family ties. Ripe with notes of blackberry, plum, and caramel; Moon River is a deep and luscious brew. While a light roast level allows its tangy brilliance to shine, its true character is revealed with the dominant dark berry and stone fruit qualities. Qualities that are naturally developed from the rich jungle soils it calls home. 

Situated between two rivers (the Rio Sacumà and Rio Rancho Viejo), the Armas family has owned their farm since 1975. Originally, Rosalia and her late husband distributed only locally. Now years later, the operation has grown internationally through a partnership with Primavera imports. 

Today, Rosalia oversees coordinating the drying process on patios, and her daughter Ceci coordinates the running of the ecological wet mill on the property. This family-run farm is focused on quality and strives to produce excellent coffees each year. They also work to ensure the environmental sustainability of the farm, including careful wastewater management and shade trees to prevent erosion.
