Collection: Single Origin

Our thoughtfully curated, rotating selection of single origin coffees highlight the diversity of flavor profiles at large. These are coffees specific to an individual farm, cooperative, or distinct growing region.  There are many factors contributing to the quality and character of these coffees. We carefully consider elevation, soil, climate, varietal, shade cover, processing method, and seasonal influences.  As each harvest progresses, we collaborate with our producing partners through a lengthy process of evaluation including farm visits, extensive cupping, and communication before making our selections.
