Return Policy


SHIPPING POLICY

We typically ship web orders within one business day. We process orders Monday through Friday 9am-5pm PT. All online orders are shipped from our Seattle facility. You will be contacted via email if, for any reason, your order is backordered or shipped out after more than one business day. Caffe Vita offers USPS and UPS shipping options for the majority of our one-time orders:
  • Next Day Air
  • 2nd Day Air
  • 3 Day Select
  • Ground
Recurring orders receive free ground shipping automatically and are unable to be expedited. Customers will receive tracking information in the form of an email from our online store once the order has shipped. All orders are processed and shipped the following business day that they are placed. If the shipping address is a PO Box or a military address, we recommend shipping with USPS. Shipping prices are direct quotes from the shipping carrier.


RETURN POLICY

Caffe Vita stands behind its coffee and products and strives to remedy any issues that should arise. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us by emailing shop@caffevita.com. We offer free returns within 30 days or purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
  • Discounted item sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in their original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no noticeable signs or wear or use.
  • Any and all food items - including coffee - cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that will be sent to you via email.
  3. Send all non-food items back to us using the label provided.
Additional Information:
  • Refunds are processed by Shopify and are subject to their timeframe.
  • Caffe Vita is not responsible for lost or stolen items and is not obligated to provide replacements.
  • Please contact shop@caffevita.com with any questions or concerns. Policy exceptions are at the discretion of Caffe Vita and its representatives.
