Small Talk: Honduras Santa Barbara

Our favorite Parainema from Honduras returns as Small Talk. Experience the luscious, juicy tasting notes of apricot, mango, and cacao as ripe as the tropical fruits found in the same jungles in which it was grown. This is the fourth time we’ve sourced from the Beneficio San Vicente group renowned for their specialty coffee, and we can’t get enough!  
 
The Vicente group put Parainema coffee centerstage when the proprietary La Paz family won the 2017 Honduras Cup of Excellence. The varietal was never valued much before, other than its natural disease and pest resistance. Since then, they’ve crafted an impeccable eye for superlative coffees, purchasing from nearby lot growers. This year’s offering comes from nearby Santa Barbara farmers Eduardo Trochez and Misael Ochoa, purchased for its exceptional quality that demands recognition. 

Previous Caffe Vita single origins from this producer include Soft Tropics, Love Buzz, and Cherry Cherry. Many have asked for more, and Small Talk is as close to a restock as it gets! This coffee is for those that cheer for the underdogs, the ones that appreciate wonderous things in uncommon places.
